Why this webinar? 

Conflicts/differences are part of normal life - think of marriages, parenting, one-another-relationships, intra-church relationships etc. The aim of this webinar is to signal hope that when conflicts are handled correctly we can glorify God and bring people together. The focus is personal conflict competence and a working understanding of apologies, forgiveness, and reconciliation. The material is a mix of biblical and secular principles, and is taught with a bit of humour, humanity, and some serious aspects.  

The shepherding team here in Birmingham has decided to have the first, titled “A Fighting Chance”, delivered by Steve Staten (North Carolina, USA), a certified professional in Conflict Management, and to be joined on the Q&A panel by another brother, David Jung (Winnipeg, Canada), also a certified professional in the field of Conflict Resolution and Mediation.
